I have updated it, and have managed to enter the recruitment screen without crashing. Can do everything in the recruitment screen, save and play with character without crashing (even took on a few paladins). But it was all done via prisoner cages for recruitment. Don't know if you are employing another method altogether.

Hello Viscera,

Have you tried changing the character's race/subrace when trying to recruit (this I noted would make it crash originally, until I added a race for it)? Or does it crash once you arrive on the character recruitment screen?

Oh so it is this mod that is causing my people to keep getting attacked. Guess I should've read a little more. Oh well, it is funny now that I know it is intentional.

Alright, so as of now, this mod should be up-to-date based on factional make-up of the spawnable area. It will be tweaked once I get time to look at every city/town more thoroughly.

it might be the human cannibals do this only in my game, because i run the cannibal life mod. There the npc cannibals eat enemys alive or beat them on the pole to death.

It is possible they will run to the nearest cannibal camp with them to eat them, but I am pretty sure there might be more to making that happen.

Nope. At least the good cannibals. Not too sure about the bad ones, as I haven't seen one successfully knock one out and run with them. Mind, these are not fogmen, just human cannibals.

Just changing playable false to true and putting them in the race group list doesn't cause it to crash. One might need to import a save though. But that might have been because of the recent update happening, the crashing that suddenly started to happen when loading a save, after hours of using it with no problem.

Huh, didn't know that. But, other than changing the name, can their features change without crashing? Guess I will try that next weekend (if I can), lack of time being the main culprit.

Honestly, if someone had put it up, I wouldn't have minded to say the least. I had the idea of having these recruitable from the last update, with the bad cannibal able to turn on you (for now he turns on anyone randomly, and its adds some fun, since he doesn't want to die (I been purposely trying to kill off the testing characters).

I actually made a mod like this for myself like last night. I wasn't planning on uploading it though. Fogmen too. You can enable the ability to take them to the plastic surgean, but it involves making a change to the base race which might not be desireable. You would make the base race playable by setting that to true, then add the cannibal race to the human group in race groups, which makes them a human sub race. I put fogmen under hive. An alternative would be making a cannibal race copy, but that wouldn't affect the regular cannibals.
