They have overcome their fear of heights, so yeah, they know how to do little jumps every here and there.
And headhack the elite metrocop and turn it into a normal CP head?
I like to have the elite metrocops be above most of the combine NPC's to keep NPC wars interesting. The rebels/humans have a metric ass-ton of health, while the combine just get mowed down. The elites and hyper combine are comperable to alyx or barney on the rebel side. It brings more balance to little wars, and makes them a hell of a lot more interesting to watch. I'm planning to bring some more enhanced combine things in down the road though.
I just might. No garauntees though.
