Elite Metro Police NPC + more!

This adds an Elite Metro Police NPC to the Combine menu.

As of 5/24/2017, this addon also includes a port of the Combine Elite camo model from the 2003 HL2 leak. Uses original 2003 animation base with some extras thrown in.

As of 8/10/2016, this addon also adds in three "hyper" combine soldiers. They're like the regular combine on crackroids, and they can do roundhouse kicks.

As of 8/14/2016, this addon also adds in two new "old" metropolice variants based on textures present in the 2003 HL2 leak, along with some from a more recent one. Their AI is the same as the normal metropolice.

It's like a much tougher and meaner/angrier/more badass metropolice NPC. Also their accuracy has been improved to be well-above stormtrooper levels.
There is an option to spawn one with a manhack that can be deployed.

So yeah... not much to it really.

The model is THE ONE TRUE, OFFICIAL, Elite Metro Police model from Valve.
