I have not played in some time. Just going through my list of mods I play with and I see this one has not been updated and there seems to be no action. Are the functions incorporated in the base game? Or has another mod picked up the concept?

If you give me the instructions of what to change for the defs I'd be more than happy to do it for you. From what I managed to glean from a look over the code it seems simple enough, though I'm no programmer.

Hey. quick idea could it be made so animals eating the plant has the same effect? so animals grazing takes grass to 5% instead of removing the grass???

It appears now that there are two versions/copies of this mod posted for vegetable garden compatibility, and none for non-vegetable garden lol.

onidlorah it is compatable with seedsplease and there is a version called plant saver veggie garden for compatability with veg garden

Potatoes don't "die" when you harvest them either, unless you pull every single one of them out of the ground. Any left in the ground will sprout and multiply again given the correct environment.

I love this idea, but maybe an option to choose which plants, since I could see this being used for strawberries, but not potatoes, for instance.
