but when im playing i can see the backpacks but i cant learn the engrams...

Goes into that file somewhere at the bottom after everything else.
My issue with the backpack mod is that when you use the experimental animation fix, the hand doesn't look like you're holding a beer can anymore, but if you pull out a melee weapon you suddenly get mangled into some contorted shape until you put it away.
Otherwise it works fine for my cluster - large backpacks being used.

What is interesting is that HLN-A doesn't have the shield animation when used without a shield, unlike these Backpacks. It may be worth it to take a look at that, @dubCUT.
