The lights are part of a paid addon called VCMod that this car is compatible with. You have to buy it seperately.

Nice car, if you do requests try the Ferrari 330 P4 (from Forza 4), the Bugattio Chiron and the Ferrari F80 (both from Assetto Corsa).
