@king damuncha this is a growable building. any commercial building that's under 4x4 in size will be a growable building (rico settings or not)

this building keeps spawning in normal comercial. It should be RICO only.

Are there props needed for this? When I plop the building, I do not get the outdoor seating area with the nice fence.

Okay. I have a question though, can you make Costco building? Unique building version. I would also like to see Albertson's, Trader Joe's, Ralph's and Vons, very popular stores in California.

@crazedegg why would it be in the Unique Buildings? It's a growable commercial building with RICO compatibility

I don't see this buildling in my unique buildings. when I use RICO most of my buildings in the unique buildings disappear. I dont know if there's an incompatibility or what

I grew up in Memphis...your buildings are fantastic! Have you ever considered doing some old school Memphis stuff like Goldsmith's, Seessel's, or Dinsthul's?

@panichkay There is a very nicely done Pizza Hut already, I don't remember who did it, but its not RICOd either. But I too would like to see more restaurants as well.
