One reason could be that Ambru dosen't have any modelling skills.

I don't know how to model either. but i know it isn't easy.

yes but, why not just make it a cosmetic hex instead of an entire model.

This was a request from either a group member or a friend of mine. i don't remember correctly.

But the reskin is made by Ambru. and i don't think i've seen any new content from that gamebanana creator.

Ok one, i dont see no other problem then, why not make a cosmetic for scout thats white pants?I understand its hard to model JUST PANTS, but cmon its a lil lazy buddy.

This is great, I just wish I could use the Advanced Color Tool to color only the pants, and not the entire body.
