As this is a unique building so won't turn into some other business you can plop a Bank service block into it to have a working bank.... if you have the right DLC.

Looks like it uses the local prop I had; please use this instead.

Workshop asset requires private content, seems like asset bug

Yeah, the definition building name is simply missing "(RICO)"
