In the “Weapons” folder inside The Team Fortress 2 section, there should be a “C_models” folder who has a “+” next to it.

You can find most weapon models in there.

You can find them here in the ''games'' spawnlist

Cosmetics Props(As Description says). you need to put them on the Spy Ragdoll using bonemerge tool.
