But yeah, I'll take a peek at it along with the rest of this year's cosmetics.
The model will need obtained through other methods. Either through another Workshop addon or extracting files from TF2 itself as a "manual update".
The latter of which I recommend since it'd just load you up with everything which my addons are designed specifically for!
Warhood is already fixed, fortunately.
As for this addon itself, it's fully functional, you just need to give Workshop priority over TF in the SDK for the fixed textures to appear instead of the normal broken ones.
I should probably try fixing more cosmetics, I apparently missed a lot of them for Heavy.
Otherwise there are two Google Drive downloads (Some cosmetics have their materials in another location, just remove the "(1)" from folders), and will just need their Materials folders placed in Usermod which takes priority over everything.
Now if this fix works for some cosmetics but not all shown, I have absolutely no idea how to combat that other than that the textures might be conflicting with textures from another addon, I'm really not sure.
I personally recommend putting some small lights in the color you'd like aimed at the eyes of the War Goggles to work around the problem.
