And the blacksmith is your caretaker. The house is yours but he does like to keep his rooms private when not working. ;) You'll have to go outside and tan/smelt until he wakes up! (Sorry, it's a bit difficult to balance roleplaying and convenience)
I was just looking at your mod yesterday but didn't subscribe as I'm having some difficulties with my game at the moment. I'll be sure and subscribe as soon as i can. It looks great.
I lived there for some (ingame) weeks, but then decided to build a little shack in the neighborhood (shameless self promotion ahead: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=128535492 )
Just wanted to note, that these two houses fit perfectly together, since Bjargfellheim has a smelter and a trader, which my mod is missing. I think I´ll stay a while in this nice neigborhood :) Now I´ll download your other houses too !
Once you get your spouse to live here, there are plenty of things for them to do (cooking, reading, sweeping, etc.).
