But as you can probably see that this mod has not been updated since 2013, a hearty USE WITH CAUTION is recommended. Or don't use at all. I'm just a random person who played around with the Creation Kit a decade ago. No need to wish for my death.

Deleted all of my saved items i stored in it after a day. Completely TRASH mod that will ruin your game. Do not download.

@Chewie'smate: It's not very far from the snowy Hearthfire house. I think that location is just to the northwest at the coastline.

Could you please tell me how close this is to the 'Hearthfire' house in the snow please, I love the flour mill that one has. Thank you

@ Hunter My house mods are very simple and don't have any scripting to allow you to change the actions of your followers or family members BUT here is a great mod that does allow you to move your family to ANY other mod: http://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com

And the blacksmith is your caretaker. The house is yours but he does like to keep his rooms private when not working. ;) You'll have to go outside and tan/smelt until he wakes up! (Sorry, it's a bit difficult to balance roleplaying and convenience)

I subscribe to your Roricksberg and Dark shadow Mansion and thougt them unbeatable ....but , " WOWSERS " as Inspector Gadget would say You topped them THANK YOU ! The only thing is I got kicked out of the Smithing area , am I just renting from this Guy and he owns Stone Hill ? I'd hate to have to do anything drastic if he gets any more aggressive 8= P

@ Delta Tier One I don't plan to make any changes to this mod, and I don't mind if you feature it. Please post a link to your web series so I can check it out.

Also if there are any changes you want to make or are planning to make that will be too drastic for me to film there please let me know so I can try to avoid it or plan around it. Small changes should me now big deal but in order for this to work well I might need to wait if anything big is in the works.

Just to let you know (if this is still active) I plan to feature this mod in a web series i intend to make with skyrim. the house will be featured and you will be in the credits. If this is not okay please inform me.

Just wanted to note, that these two houses fit perfectly together, since Bjargfellheim has a smelter and a trader, which my mod is missing. I think I´ll stay a while in this nice neigborhood :) Now I´ll download your other houses too !

@ flashwitt Check your Data Files on the game pop up menu. Search for this mod (it should have "no" under Subscribed (if you've already unsubscribed) and be towards the end of the list), select it, then press the delete button.

I can't seem to unsubscribe fully. I unsubbed, but it's still showing up in my game, and I can't find an esp to disable. :( (Not that it's a bad house- it's awesome! Just need to clear some mod space. :D

still i might loose my horse being a ranger type and all hunting in snowy woods on a horse is highly un efective and your prone to getting lost.

@ The Lonesome Ranger I think the horse is only placed with fast travel. But this stable is tall enough that you can ride your horse in without getting caught on anything.

I have fast travel disabled can the horse be there when I exit the house or wait outside?

cant find that mod , there is 2 things wrong with this mod glitch or bug not sure but here it is 1) in the staircase leading to downstairs i get a void wen entering and exiting the lower floor its like a blue viod , 2) wen i traveled to the house on foot wen i arrived at house just floating interior objects and the doors , a simple fast travel fixed that ,i think maybe this mod needs an update . im keen for your response becuase i really enjoy this mod .

@ justanymom I haven't included the ability to move spouses or children to my mods. That is a complicated endeavor. BUT luckily for you, someone else has (at least for spouses). Check out Spouses Can Live Everywhere by Amgepo and Emma in the Nexus.

Once you get your spouse to live here, there are plenty of things for them to do (cooking, reading, sweeping, etc.).

one question, can you send your spouse and kids to this house
