I have a problem with this mod that shotguns dont work. No matter who equips a shotgun they always act like a meele weapon and cant shoot with it. It also does not show the weapon as an icon at the bottom when they have it equipped. Any idea what the issue might be?

Do thes guns break turret balance? You state that weapon ranges increase, but that would mean that turrets would rarely hit certain enemies.

I have this mod and the visiting tribes use the weapons, and the weapons show up at the machining bench, but when i click to build a new weapon, no weapon orders show up and i cannot make them...am i doing something wrong?

One of the best mods for this game. Blows the other weapon mods out of the water if you are looking for real weapons. Especially with the research system. Cant wait for update 18. Keep up the good work Lipton.

I updated my game to 18 and now my dudes shoot blanks. it would be nice to be able to play the game so i have 2 questions.

1. will this mod be updated for the people that are dependant on it to play? and if so when?

2. How do i get it off my save?

I love the variety weapons added, but I really wish that you didn't choose to make them grossly out of line compared to vanilla weapons. I'd honestly rather just drop this mod instead of having to completely rebalance this absolute mess of a thing again like I did in A17 to be able to use it with a game otherwise balanced around vanilla values. :x

I love this weapon pack more than any other weapon pack. I think the biggest thing for me that brings it above all the others is how well you handle the reasearch and production of weapons. You set the researches in a reasonable order and you intigrate it with the existing machining bench. Most other weapon packs are either (in my opinion) bad on how the do the reasearch to unlock production of weapons (if they do it at all), or they make you build an ugly work bench to product the guns, or both. Keep up the great work, even if you don't add any more weapons, I would be perfectly happy with what is in it already. I guess this my way of saying, I hope you update the mod soon, because I really miss it. No rush though!

I have a problem with the ammo for this mod. Does the mod have to be in a certain order? I crafted the Colt, but it doesn't list ammo for it, and when I try to fire, gives a bug message. Same for the AK-74. Any suggestions for ammo compatability?

Nevermind. I managed to locate it myself in the xmls and have fixed the issue. Please consider updating the mod description to note that vanilla weapons are removed so that others don't have similar issues to me trying to figure out what mod is causing it.

@Lipton, So after hours of testing, I've finally isolated the issue to here. How do I undo your mod removing vanilla weapons? Is there something in one of the xmls I can remove to undo that change? I'd really like to keep the mod but I can't if it's going to brick the vanilla scenarios.
