In forza (and any other game that uses that type of sound) it's played when you go from off to full throttle (it's air rushing past the intake as it opens), you can set up a sound chip or whatever to play the sound whenever you start pushing the throttle

I'll assume you're talking about ACF itself - There are addons on the workshop, but it's a lot more difficult than GitHub, so I suggest you figure that out instead of using the workshop to download it

Hey man, I have a bunch of flatout2 sounds if you're interested in throwing them in this pack. Some of them are generic but I figure you could take a look.
