@Jay The way I see it, it depends on the operator of the machinery. If you have an operator with a low crafting skill, the repaired armor will come out at a lower quality and vice versa.

So if I try to repair my "Excellent" quality power armor, there is a chance that it will come out a lower quality?

i know there are other repair mods updated for 1.1, but what makes this one my favorite was for having ability to upgrade item quality in the process. the other mods don't have this functionality.

this mod deserves more upvotes!

might want to add a simple guide in the description: where to find the file, what part needs to be edited, if players want to manually alter/reduce the uranium requirements, for example.

Also if you could keep the infused (mod) settings to the new item, that would be great.

Quality level is based on crafting skill and comp_colourable is not taken into account during the recipe working process, its a bug i found i core about 5 alphas ago that has not been addressed as the base game doesnt need it. Ill fix this eventually in CCL.

Power armour, power armour helmet and personal shields, thats pretty much the only armour in the game, armour plate is easily gained/crafted so i didnt have it in here.
