nah make em 2x more deadly but decrease their aggro radius by 1/2. Make em blind, deaf and even more deadly.

firearmgeek, no, you will not. If you're subscribed to the mod and have it set to load (it should automatically be set to load, so you shouldn't need to do anything), it should instantly start working.

Fine, of course there are realistic giants. I saw seven giants roaming around the downtown area of my city just two weeks ago, and they were much bigger than the default Skyrim giants.
