I'm pretty sure that some (if not all) of these commands only work when sv_cheats is set to 1. So, make sure you type "sv_cheats 1" in the console before entering any of these commands. If that doesn't work or if you've already tried it, then I'm sorry because I don't know how else to help you.

---- You have to jump as soon as you hit the ground. It's much easier to practice with this console command, "sv_autobunnyhopping 1" which allows you to just hold your spacebar and it'll jump as soon as you hit the ground for every jump.

Actually, you can complete the whole map just by surfing. No bunny hopping is required for this map.

You need to get speed by bunnyhopping. Which requires a addon to uncap the speed or a Gamemode

You can find the settings I recommended in the description of my Surf gamemode, but I'll post them here too: sv_airaccelerate 800; sv_gravity 525. I'm sure you'll also get similar results if you Google something like, "console commands for surf server".

That's not true. You can surf in sandbox the exact way you'd be able to in online servers. It all boils down to skill and what you're server settings are.

Not all surfing maps are for everyone. It took me a while before I even started to get the hang of it.

this map (like most others) is broken. sometimes I get so much speed that I fail jumps because the jumps are so damn short that it's impossible to complete at such speeds. as well as that, sometimes my character will get stuck in place while surfing and other times i just fall off for no reason. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS MAP!!

listen you can surf on gmod, it's actually the exact same as cs:go, you have to type sv_airaccelerate 800 in console and also type sv_gravity 595 or something in console (the higher the sv_airaccelerate is the easier it is to surf) (the higher the sv_gravity is, the faster that you get pulled to the ground) CS:GO doesn't come with those commands! lol! I can see how you confused it though.
