I'm not sure why this is going over your head...
Example: "TOH - Static Civilian Ships [No Longer Updated]" or something similar.
I forgot the exact error, but I couldn't launch a scenario made by someone who used this mod, because the mod itself was broken.
But to be a decent modder, at least change the mod name to add [Deprecated] so people will know regardless.

They are not meant as playable asset with players walking around on them, etc. Besides, the models are too ugly and low poly in close range anyway.
