I get the sound not from the workshop,it's a whole 8 pack from the internet with installation instructions.I haven't tried workshop ones so I can't give any recommend.I suggest you to search it on websites.

I've got the sound mod by searching some keywords like "l4d2 loli voice" and installed it manually.It's not on the workshop.I think you can do the same.And you can find other character reskins in my workshop.
