Use correct usergroups. Owner is superadmin, Admin is admin.

As i've said this is discontinued many errors are simply, well coincidental. This is an un-optimised addon that will have errors that either will or won't affect the overall addon. In the case of fonecs, I'm not entirely sure what you mean by Toko. In case of marjamies you want to either do it from your servers console, or if you are in single player you should be able to do: !setrank "marjamies" "superadmin". Hope this helps!

It isn't in your own LUA folder, it is in the addon itself, to edit the configurations you would need to extract the addon using GMAD Extractor on file, this was mainly designed for servers but was uploaded to workshop.

Config is in addon itself, if you wish to edit the configuration of teams it is under lua/autorun/server. MOTD is in lua/sh_dgaonfig.lua.
