@t4wgmoth: I do plan to build some larger buildings that us RICO. I'm not sure about the growables, although I do know that smaller lots aren't well liked by the game it seems when these are in action, so it is a possibility.

Would love to see these Jazz Age buildings turned into RICO ploppables.
