Update it locally ffs. The dev is doing this on his/her free time. He/she has NO obligation to continue support. Mod devs mod out of a passion for the game, if they lose interest they stop developing. They don't get paid to do it, if real life issues come up mods won't get updated. Hell, you could extract the music from here, set up a play list on a music application and listen to it that way if you want. Asshole comments like yours are what make mod devs lose interest. Grow up and show some respect.
:)
My guess is that what the engine is doing by default, not seeing a valid base modifier 'factor' since it's expecting 'factor' and not 'base', is making 'factor = 1'. If so, I think most of the weighting would've worked out, more or less, the same, but if the game assumes 'factor = 0' by default, then you've got quite a lot of neat contextual music triggers that haven't been working as designed.
@DezZolation I do recommend changing the version number to 1.2.* though since it's highly unlikely that a minor update will break a music mod (just to keep the number of people complaining about updating the mod to a minimum(. If you could set it to 1.*.* I'd just do that, but I'm pretty sure that HOI4 doesn't accept that.
Hell march 1 and 2 are actually already included in this mod, the rest of the Red Alert 2 soundtrack didn't fit the Red Alert 3 one in my opinion that's why I didn't include the rest.
THE SOVIET MARCH COULD PLAY WHILE I INVADE THE U.S!
I seriously need to paradrop into NYC, with RA2 hell march playing.
