Any chance of a unique building version? This is beautiful and great for residential but would be good also as a unique so you could lock multiples in place to best use the wave effect as unique buildings are fixed (residential can change). Can also see some colour alternatives such as sky blue/ others being good for the flat sides. Uniques would also allow named buildings to not vanish and if there were subtle design variants to build a cohesive row. The ultimate would be versions styled as partnering buildings such as hotel/leisure- could make for a really visually strong street..

Crazygmr: If you van the mod RICO it should be there as a high residential. If you have the mod 'Find It' you can just type in the name. If you have neither of those it will (have a chance of) spawn as a high residential once you have a 4x3 lot in level 5.

wow. this is by far the coolest building i have seen. its not the biggest or the most flashy or "tryhard" its just simple, unique, eyecatching, amazing!

can you make this a plopable building? It looks best when you have several next to each other, but if it just randomly grows in the city I never have that effect.

@Overlord: I mostly use realistic LUT or No Yellowish Lighting LUT. They are close to the original but with less overwhelming yellow glow everywhere.

Question they are too white in my city. They are shining like a star. Is there any mod or lut which would minimize that? I have a lot of LUTS but for example the oceanic or san minato are way too dark. And I also dont want to play with low sun intensity. I simply cant find the perfect setting... :(

That's because it's a level 5 building, you need to make sure the land value can handle a level 5 building. Make the area attractive enough by placing trees, parks, unique buildings (but mind the noise), public transport, etc.

I just spoke to BloodyPenguin and for now it's not possible to add a custom thumbnail to growable buildings just yet, I'll update this when it's possible :)
