Just asking, because they striked me more aesthetically, than XCOM's version.
That's probably cause you have your graphic's settings really low. (duh)
I really can't tell what this mod adds or changes.

Mk3s in X1:LW (old screenshot, not certain of texture quality) vs a Mk3 part SPARK with Low Texture Quality in X2.
Each vanilla SPARK texture is probably 2048x2048 (eg. Arms, Legs, Torso), The textures for the EW MECs themselves are 2048x2048. This means that just the Arms of the vanilla SPARKs have the same resolution as an entire set.
