I just found this out and it might help you. If you have many other mods and you install this one, if you don't have the items in-game it's most likely because it's in the wrong place in your load order.

To get the hair you need to open the console command (² button, top left corner)
then you type: help "hanzo hair"
this will write some lines, and in the line ARMO there is an ID.
then write: player.additem (the ID you just saw)
then go to your inventory>armors and the hanzo hair will be there (count as a light helmet) that you can equip with the hanzo suit

If the recipes don't show up in any category, it's probably because the armors are lacking the necessary keywords.
Genji needs the keyword "WeapMaterialSteel" and Hanzo needs "WeapMaterialLeather" iirc
