Of course, Tampiel *is* active on Steam, but he's not doing his mods anymore.

@MaxCrosPL: Mod is abandoned. Hasn't been updated since 2017, and Tamiel is long inactive on Steam. Don't bother asking.

Hello. The modification stopped working when the game was updated to version 1.51. ... , are you able to fix it somehow ? It was nice to have actual company names.

There is no support for this mod anymore. So nobody can tell you. In my opinion this should not be a problem.

Can I safely unload this mod? The game warns me that my saves will be incompatible if I do that.

im confused, I have played recently in 1.41 with this mod active (it shows normal compatible ingame for me and ACTIVE) but i also have a another active clone of this which has less compagnies trailer. maybe it has covered the incompatibilities.. weird.

@Jon It's more like an automatic message. Steam Workshop can see the version of your mod when you upload it and thus compare it with the current version of the game, so it flags it as "incompatible" in this case.

Yet I have used this mod for years with no issue, it is just missing real companies for the newest DLCs.

Hence, tamiel did not bother to give it any updates for the past 3-4 years so don't bother getting your hopes up. This mod is 100% abandoned and the mod author is no longer interested in updating his mod.

Except tamiel has not been online for countless of days/months, and this mod hasn't been updated for the past three years so its 100% abandoned.

@ThumbnixHD: Look at the change notes. The last update was from December 7, 2017, meaning tamiel has abandoned his mod altogether so absolutely zero updates are coming for the mod.
