bTW this time rather then tying the militaries to ethics will this time you tye them to civics?
Just play a while longer and see if an EM shows up after one or two more finished projects. Depending on how you play, how fast your research is and what EM you are looking for in particular it may take untill year 30 or 40 for the right EM to show up. So hang in there, the mod is working with the current version. :)
@koinzell yep that sounds perfectly reasonable, i have to poke Neverr to do that
I will let you know if I can figure out which mods were in conflict or if I encounter a similar problem in the future.
