Petey is not a playermodel or NPC do too him being shorter than everyone, so his model gets stretched out

i meant there are old bully player models made by someone else which is undetailed and you can't choose jimmy's outfit. he just stuck in the school uniform forever and also an undetailed Gary Smith

Yes, I'm planning on converting Jimmy with most of his outfits (Or as many as I can do) And doing Petey, Russell, etc. I'm actually planning on converting most of from the cliques, but I'm not planning on doing the misc peds (That don't contribute to the story-line at all)

No, I have never had this problem before. Check your rigging and make sure the bones line up with the skeleton.
