For those struggling with it not allowing you through the field even though you're whitelisted, I've learned that any mods that reskin the physical barrier props themselves (such as the HL:A remodels) break this mod.

Could you do contributor for teams who are unable to edit however able to turn on / off the forcefield, furthermore it being persistent?

@MetCleric Don't point directly at the wall to spawn it. I had the same issue and you have to aim at the floor. The opposite field generator should find the closest solid wall and it works fine! :)

There is a way to make it work with Wiremod, just put a user aiming at it and wire that up
So if you know how to use that atleast at a rudimentary level then you could connect it to a button
