Since the modder is too lazy to explain how to use the cheats, just do this:
First, start a new game
Then click the workshop option
Click mods
Right click on the second tab to apply said cheat (the title of this mod)
Load the default map
Then start

To open the cheats first you must have it in your mods list for when you start a workshop mod. Press [ or ] to scroll through your inventory untill you see a little plasma ball. Press e on it, and their you go.
