@Shmackoladon, Yeah now I see it. It doesn't seem to work in maps with no lighting then (black void, character lighting, whitebox blacklight etc.). Is it a problem with BleST? I've no idea how to fix it without downgrading.

@Mypowerbob, This model IS taller than the soldier, but not by much. I actually wanted it to be taller than what it is now, but she would've looked too large and would be over Heavy's height. Here are some height comparisons: http://imgur.com/a/XHaha

@bees The tutorial that I was following had the legs that far apart so I just sort of modelled it like that. Thanks for the feedback though
