Huh.... I guess maybe it's only on stunned. Now that I think about it I guess I never have seen a frozen unit dodge. I know for sure that stunned units have dodged though.

My bad though, guess I didn't quite think that out well enough.

I just gave 100% dodge to a Muton. I fired on it, it dodged. I then froze it with a frost bomb. It did not dodge, you are incorrect.

Yep I have, plenty of times and its super silly :P. Though I guess if they are stunned or frozen then it won't matter since you should have ample time to deal with them afterward.

You should make this so it applies to units that are incapacitated in anyway like frozen or stunned.
