i've looked at the civ list with the mod enabled, it just never appears. I feel like it has something to the NQ Mod. thing is, other mods work. just not this one

I can Find all the special units and buildings, even the civ in the Help screen

I can't seem to find this mod in my modlist.

I have all DLC enabled and in use (except for the DLC 'mod's)

Any ideas?

@Darts, regarding Cave's voice, Valve games usually have sound files that you can extract and then you need to find the dialouge. I did it for my HL2 mod and used speech from GMan and I found the music files this way. The process is kinda a pain and too long to explain here. If you google it, you should find some support. That's what I did! Good luck!
