Actually, all enemy factions can give missions. But if their relation is locked - completing mission will no have effect on reputation.

Thank you for this Mod,

if i read it correct.. Reivers and Atlas Pirates (from HoL DLC) can give you Missions to increase your Reputations with them now.

This is quiet Intressting and with the right other Mods a huge Profit Opportunity.
