I love your collection of university buildings and use them a lot. The red brick ones are great but I really like these grey brick ones too. Unfortunately they are too heavy indeed for the size. I can see on your newer assets you have reduced the file size and tris count, which is great. Any chance for an update on these first few assets you made with the stone buildings? They are beautiful and work great on my city, but they are too heavy! Thanks!

So heavy for the game, it makes a low performance for its weight.

I love these old university buildings, There is almost nothing to choose from in the workshop for old universities.

No Dread Thank You!. I am going to make few more. I understand why my assets weight more than 10MB. Because of 4K texture. Now I am working to save the quality but make texture like 1024x1024 or max. 2K. It is going to have about 3-6 MB - because of Triangles.
If You have any ideas for special university buildings, or I should change style from Ivy League to State Universities - let me know.

All of your college campus buildings are great! but I'm pushing 13GB of used memory with all the assets I have, so I just can't subscribe to any more 10+MB assets any more. I'm thinking of making a mod which would make a building type that only people attending college could live in (much like the nursing home mod). I'll circle back if I find time to make that happen!

Whilst most of my maps feature small towns which wouldn't normally have old university buildings, I can totally see using this as a town hall that stealthily contains a university ;) it looks fantastic!
