I have tested with a few mods that I use personally ,but since it does not overwite the basic files it should be compatible. Please let me know it you have any problems.

I found after deactivating and activating mods slowly that this mod causes bugs in the diplomatic window, where you can propose treaties with other species. The Words are written in tall letters LIKE_THIS
