This mod would have been good if the water-based ideas were gone, there actually were more provinces on the post-seabed, and every province was changed to Desert of Mountain terrain.

With no oceans, maybe change the ideas for Nations that have ocean-based ideas? Maybe remove Maritime and Naval ideas and change Quality to fit the lack of water? :steammocking:

*Plans: add new provinces* boi you can just extend all coastal provinces, that makes troop movements cancer. instead just replace all the ocean files in history/provinces with colonizeable provs. THEN you can work on widdling those down into unique sizeable provinces.
