thanks for the answer
Mikelson: According to the game files Obstinacy uses negative numbers, which i assume means it reduces vigour cost in actions. Obstinacy starts at -3 for rank one and goes all the way up to -15 for its last rank (or rank 1 = -3, rank 2 = -8 and rank 3 = -15, this mod goes -5 so its slightly stronger than rank 1, weaker than rank 2), what i assume this means is that say fighting costs 50 vigour per second, then obstinacy will remove some of that cost and leave it at 35 instead, meaning you'll be able to do more actions before reaching "exhausted".
I say assume because vigour action and vigour cost seems a bit more fluid than one would think, and im not 100% versed in how it all works.
What about an increase to their charge bonus or maybe even their leadership aura? You could boost the leadership bonus itself or maybe the size of the aura.
All of those kind of touch on courage, personally I think the charge bonus would be really cool.
Bretonnian AI Lords and Heroes won't have access to the additional buff like the other factions. So even if your not playing as Bretonnia through some unlocker there is a slight disadvantage. That was really my reason for bringing it up.
As to your second thought, yes i did consider that but Dwarfs already have sky-high leadership (and would be utterly useless on Ungrimm) so i chose to interpet the 'reserves' as a sort of mental fortitude to push oneself farther physically thus the idea of having a resistance to vigour loss was born.
