I don't have CS:S and I have the Atmos mod disabled and the skybox is showing. You'll probably need HL2. Even with CS:GO unmounted it still works

I would like a Flood containment facility like the one in the first game. I would like to make a recreation of the mission 343 Guilty Spark. I still remember when I first met the flood... had nightmares for weeks when I was little.

Well you cant redistribute it without the original owners consent.

Unfortunately that’s not how it works. You upload content to the Workshop, you make it available to all users and you can’t restrict any usage. This also includes modifying. If you remove this Workshop item, we are still allowed to do anything since we (the subscribers) still have the item. If you don’t want anything to be done to your creation, you don’t upload it to the Steam Workshop. As simple as that.

You can use it, but you can't modify it without the creators permission. If you do modify it without his permission, he has the right to take legal action on copyright grounds.

Just saying that we all can use this map for our servers without your permission. I can even link you to the exact article which states that if you want, so no. I ain't asking your permission to use it on my server (not saying I have one) because that is not how things work on the Steam Workshop unfortunately.
