Two mods you've reported don't work are working fine for me, albeit in the Character Pool.
2K's new launcher won't enable mods made in the base game's SDK, like this one, in WotC. Use the Alternate Mod Launcher.

And that would be amazing! I really love those glasses >.>
Is it when it used with WotC? If so be patient. I'm thinking of releasing a sort of update built for WotC.
The EXO parts were added in one of my more recent mods, Asymmetric Arms
I've spotted that the little flag texture on the back of the E.X.O. torso for Predator armor shows the purple and white chequered texture, which I think means the game can't find the right texture.
The only additional female hairstyle which is selectable in the Armoury is "Female_LongWavyBangs"
Tygan's glasses had the purple and white texture too.
Anyway, I was thinking that the hairstyles might be very successful as a standalone mod. If they're vanilla assets I'm surprised nobody else has done it already. Same with the worn MEC parts from SPARKBashes.
They were in the game but for some reason went unused.
