welcome to source engine, the map sits at about 96% of the brush limit so sewers are not possible

you can just make that house smaller, it looks really stupid without it.
and as always theres a room for improvemants. the tunnel between the downtown and bangclaw is sloppy made, you can improve it for sure and make it look better, theres alot of sharp edges in the tunnel and in some roads, you need to make it smoother and make the tunnel/roads smooth and round. try to make sewers in bangclaw and combine the sewers just make the sewers smaller in both maps.
i really recommand you to get the mayor house back to bangclaw just think about how cool is that when you have two mayors in one server, one mayor for bangclaw and one for downtown. cyberninja can split the jobs of the govermant like police for example to have downtowns unique police fource and bangclaws own police fource. you can have wars between each town with the police from downtown against bangclaws police fource or same with the gangs. theres alot of cool stuff that you can make up when you have two big towns in one map.

a bunch of stuff had to be demolished because the brushcount was above the limit, that big white apartment block was a huge brush sink and i never saw anybody ever use it for anything other than printer storage
