this mod still has a bug where it selects 2 different songs when selecting a song. this bug only happens in multiplayer, and i think i know why. in multiplayer it selects the same song, but two versions. one ambient and another only the player can hear. when selecting a song in multiplayer it accidenty selects three songs and plays them. two of the the same and one different. if i am right about how this works you can make two SWEPS one for player and one ambient.

And in regards to glitches, try reinstalling the mod. Should fix it, otherwise it's probably a mod conflict or an update that screwed it up.
