I guess you can plant them on sapling plantations, you need prop and tree anarchy do, hope it helps!

Cool, maybe I just missed them! Yes, that is it. The ones in our very wooded region had extremely long, bare trunks then burst with limbs around 20+ ft up. Really unique trees if you can find any references for columnar trunk tulip poplars.

Crease- Thanks for the suggestions. The Japanese Maple is already on my to do list and I did publish a Cherry Blossom tree last year. If you're thinking of another cherry blossom species let me know.

I've been adding your trees and shrubs like an addict. Best in the workshop, by far. Would you consider doing a tulip poplar(my state tree), japanese maple (the smaller ones with deep red leaves that often touch the ground) and or a cherry blossom tree? Thanks for all your great work.

P.S. As a southerner, we totally do get lovely colors on our deciduous trees in the fall. Especially the oaks and maples.

Thanks Feare! This Live Oak is a southern tree so it does not display fall colors like trees in the north. However, I do plan on making another lush tree similar to this one as a temperate species that will come in fall colors :) Stay tuned.

Still one of my favorite trees. A real must-have! I'd love to see a fall version of this oak, maybe in different shades of color like your Sugar Maple set.

thanks you.. i have paid closer attention to videos and have confirmed there is nothing wrong with this mod it is simply, as you said, the way it is.

kipp.ryanmichael- Sadly tree LODs are generated automatically by the game. We cannot make our own tree LODs so we have very limited control over what happens when LODs kick in. I think results vary depending on your system (older vs more powerful graphics cards etc.)

I am new to Skylines and Modding but I appear to also be having issues with the LOD .. From fully zoomed in, if i build a road to a tree that is no longer detailed, it is 36 units away. Very much breaks immersion. Not sure what to do, tried LOD Toggler and also Adjustable View for Props.. neither provided the expected results.

goldlife- I think you are talking about another one of my trees. The LOD generated for this is pretty solid.

it looks great - but: When I scroll out my view the most of the textures from the trees will disappear.

it is a very good filler for forests. not oversaturated nice green colour, does not need so much trees, because of his wide spread, the zoom out lod makes even gaps look like there were trees!
