I miss this... i remember me and my buddy just killing fallout npcs with this I mean it still works and theres a wac version too but for some reason im more drawn to this than the wac one

I wish that you could drive vehicles in Fallout and Pilot Vertibirds. Like that would be so epic but Bethesda evidently doesn't have time! You can't even do it in Fallout 76!

by the way, there is a google drive download of HVAP, you just need to manually get it into your addons folder

thats because the the link leads to the original vehicle that was using the HVAP base (similar to WAC but better), and that HVAP base got removed due to issues as stated in the update part of this addon's desc.

hvap was removed so you cant use it anymore sadly but he may eventually work on this project further in the future
