I don't know, maybe these mods were deleted. Anyway, the launcher sees them because there are some mod files in the folder Harddisk:\Users\Your_user_name\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod
You can delete all *.mod files there. The game will redownload them again when you open the launcher next time.

1) Push 'upload mod'
2) Select those odd mods
3) Take their IDs
4) Paste these IDs in the link https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id= after '=' and this link will lead to the mod page.

Yeah, i just dont know how to use that, and i was ultimately just curious about what they are and if i should be worried about their existance (since i most definitely didn't download them myself). Maybe i should contact the devs about the two "mods" though?

Idk, modtools shows literally nothing besides "Create" and "Upload" a mod, no mods within itself. And clicking on mod's names does nothing besides equip/unequip the mod. :/ I just really dont know. ._.

Well, this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I thought that the first number '678678678' is a mod's number but this link https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=678678678 leads to a screenshot from Warframe. So this is not a mod id. There is a button 'Mod Tools' in the Stelllaris launcher, where you can see the correct mod ids for these mods and then we will see what they really are.

First one, with version 2.1.3, is, 678678678.
Second one with version 2.2.3 is, rhrthrthrh. No idea what the "names" mean.

Oof. But the first one i noticed was... well, months ago, and i've unsubscribed from every mod that i wasn't, or couldn't use (couldn't being using it caused the game to crash within 5-30 minutes of starting it)
