Where are the prep fire counters?

How do you add/remove the board images so that the boards can be set up per the scenario instructions?

FYI. You can add a .zip extension to the mod and then unzip it to get all of the counter images.

If you install a copy of Vassal here:

and then the Squad Leader mod here:

You'll be able to see all the counters and their reverse images – and you find the graphic files on your computer when the mod is installed (it unpacks everything) :)

Pics are probably fine. As long as you can read any text that might be on them, it should be okay.

Heck yeah! Sounds great. Do you think it'll be fine to take pics of them or would you need high-res scans?

Hi Mr. Foxx! Not sure if you are still working on this but I see a bunch of tokens still missing (prep fire, smoke, etc.) and wondering if you needed images for those. I have a full set and can scan them in for you. Would love to see this game finished so we can play on TTS! :)

I guess I'm unsure what's missing. I still don't have access to my copy (it's in storage), and my files are a scattered mess at the moment (a lot of this was done organically). But I do know I was working from a list of the game chits and feel fairly certain I hit every one of them.

I will troll through what materials I do have, but if someone want to point me to something, or post images I can clearly see, I can try to get any missing bits in there.

Are you still missing and counters or tokens? I have an original box of the game, but no expansions. I could maybe help with it.

I own all 3 expansions and have just got back into the hobby. My brother lives on the far side of the country and I want to play against him so I'll have a crack at doing Cross of Iron and maybe the others. It looks like all the graphic files I'll need are on Boardgamegeek. Evil Wayne I may come to you with some questions if I get stuck if that's ok?

I played a couple of scenarios and I think i missed at least PREP FIRE and DM. I got them from the ASL module. Anyway great job man.

Derp? I'm not sure what counters you're referring to. At the moment, I can't get to my physical copy, so I can't check. But I was fairly certain that I had put all the counters that came in my box into this mod. Anyone else verify there are counters missing?

This is an awesome job but most of the admin counter are missing (26 are in the miscellaneous but not any of the status counters such as Pin, DM, etc etc – am I missing some or have they gone astray?

Unfortunately, I don't own any of the expansions and I'm really unlikely to add them. Even if I said I would, you'd probably be waiting until like 2024 for them to show up. Sorry. :(

Are there plans to add Cross of Iron and other expansions? What about adding altered game pieces to work within those rules?

Yes, I have most of the soldier units in a nearly done state. I want to put the leader names on the tiles and I've been procrastinating. But eventually it'll all be up there.

Whew. Okay, I believe I've found all the offending items and have corrected them. It was really just the board and the scenario. I had left a set of counters to make sure the dropbox didn't work, so that's my bad. If you find anything else, please let me know. For what it's worth I'm about 60% done with the rest of the units (not the vehicles, unforutnately). Thanks for point out the breaks.
