You can find the location of the house in the official video. It is hard to find, but after you find it there will be a map marker, and you can fast travel to it easily.

I can work on another, more luxurious house, this house is more of a nature preserve cabin, far from civilization. I can build a home, with a settlement, and include everything noble, when it comes to furniture, and the details.

Make sure you allow the Steam Skyrim launcher to check through every one of your mods, and allow it time to download the updates, once they are read by the system.

[Update] I added a tanning rack for you. It is cooling on top of the tower fortification outside :)

I will look into making it a registered player home by the vanilla system.

In the meantime I do recommend a modification called "Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions," and another by the name of, "My Home is Your Home." Both of those modifications will allow you to have a home wherever you like, that both your children, and your followers can recognize. You will also be able to adopt even more children! I also recommend a follower tweak modification, I personally use "EFF (Extensible Followers Framework.")

I haven't been playing long enough to understand the dynamics, but if you add the child's bed, will the child move to the house when it's a mod?

I can always add a tanning rack, as well as add a kid's area, perhaps as a seperate modification, more kid-friendly.
