Just wanted to say, i really like these mods far better than the complete overhaul ones which add tons of micro which I don't enjoy. These meaningful mods make the gameplay more interesting and more fun without adding micro!

thank you for this. my 1st playthrough i found myself almost to moskou leading into dec and when jan hit and all i was really suffering was 2 out of 6 armies with low supply i literally laughed about the "invading russia in the winter" historical context failing in the game

Are you sure that the file in this mod is in the correct location? The static_modifiers.txt in your mod is in the \common\ folder while the 00_static_modifiers.txt from the game is inside \common\modifiers\.

Updated. Seems the reason for the lack of compatibility was new static modifiers. Should work fine now!
