1. Disable all other addons expect for this one
2. Genstart Gmod.
3. See if it works.
4. If it does work now, then it's because, it's conflicting with another addon you have.

I fixed it, I had left the addon activated and then deactivated the others, activated all later and it worked, I think it was because the Security Breach SNPCs addon because I had to pause the game, deactivate the addon and activate it again, maybe because of that process characters were not loading correctly, Thank you.

I sadly can't see your picture, however another mod would easy be the could reason, especially if it's another fnaf mod. Try to look through your addons, and disable them one by one if needed ( expect for this one of course ). That way you might find the mod that courses this to happen.

When i use an withered as a pm if i die the mod el will t-pose and look to the sky, if it´s because a mod please tell me, thank you.

@Portal Timurker There are ragdolls but they aren't that good. I would say you need the ragdoll mod for them if you want to pose with them
