however, if both of those textures are of carl the cuck, then i guess there's no problem there anyway. it'll just look a bit weird, which clearly doesn't matter to this mod anyway aha.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it does as well, probably when the .vmt is calling for texture blending

I think in some places, the game actually overlays another texture. so 2 textures at once. It combines them in certain areas. I'm not certain of this, but I suspect it, from having a look at a lot of the material files.

the textures are controlled by .vmts. These .vmts can be mass edited with an editor (Like Notepad++).
You can point these .vmts to one single texture which is what I did here. Hope that helps! When you DL this mod you can open up the .vpk and click on any texture .vmt and you'll see what I did.

I just started modding, and it takes a long time just to do a few things, and half the things i attempt to replace, don't get replaced at all. how the hell did you manage to replace everything?
